How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped in either a plain brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST are shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST or on non business days are shipped next business day.
Why was my order cancelled?
If you don'treceive your order: Contact our support within 14 calendar days from your latest expected delivery estimate. To findyour missing package, you must follow up at the shipping address you provided. If you're still unable to locate the package,contact our support within 14 days of delivery.
Order cancellations?
To cancel an order and request a refund, please contact wesellsextoys customer service at support@wesellsextoys.com within one business day. Please note we do not provide service on weekends. Cancellation requests submitted over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Refunds are subject to bank processing times and typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account. If the 24-hour processing window has passed, orders may not be cancellable once processed and shipped.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $7.99 for standard shipping to the all United States addresses. Shipping is always free for orders over $59.99.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@wesellsextoys.com if you need to cancel or modify your order. There is no way to change an order once it has been processed and shipped. All orders are processed same or next business day.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Please see our warranty for instructions on how to exchange defective items.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a standard 5 year warranty for any SecGuo™ products. Defective items will be replaced at our cost. If you receive a defective item, please visit our warranty page.

How much is shipping?
Standard Flat Rate shipping is $7.99. Orders over $59.99 always ship for free.

Yes! You may track your order here via the USPS website. We will email you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually process all orders at 2 pm on weekdays, and ship orders at 4:30 pm on the same day.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
WeSellSexToys order fulfillment is COMPLETE after the package has been shipped. We recommend you track your package with USPS. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact USPS directly. WeSellSexToys is not responsible for lost shipment due to any reasons after shipment.
