All of our products have a standard, limited 5 year warranty.

If you receive a defective item, please fill out the form below and click submit. We will provide further instructions after review and will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. If your product is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to let you know what your options are for a replacement.

If you have any questions prior to processing this warranty, please submit your inquiry through our contact us page. 

Even if you misplaced your receipt or threw away the original packaging, you are still covered under this warranty! You will receive your replacement once you return your defective product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer. 

Please note: Residents outside of the US are required to pay for shipping to and from our company. Please provide a return label when shipping the defective product to us.
